RETURNS / REFUNDS
RETURNS
If you would like to make a return, we must receive the item(s) postmarked within 14 days after the date of purchase in order to refund the item(s). If 30 days have gone by since the date of purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any returns received after 14 days will be emailed store credit for the current price of the item(s) less the percentage discount used from the original purchase, if any. If we no longer have the item(s) in stock, you will be emailed a store credit code of $10 per item (this does not include accessories or specialty items).
NO RETURNS on international orders. STORE CREDIT WILL ONLY BE ISSUED.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to make an exchange, we must receive the item(s) back within 30 days after the date of purchase and you must pay the cost to reship the item(s). If it has been 30 days after the date of purchase, we will email a store credit code for the current price of the returned item(s). If we no longer have the item(s) in stock, we will email a store credit code of $10 per item that is no longer for sale on the site. International exchanges will be issued a store credit code via email for the current price of the item(s) shipped back.
To make an exchange for a different size, send an email to onlineshop@twointheshirt.com letting us know the:
- Order number
- Item(s) that you are shipping back
- Size(s) you need in return
If we have the requested item(s) in stock, we will set them aside and await the exchange in the mail. If we do not receive the item(s) within 14 days of being notified of the exchange, we will cancel the pending exchange and return the holding item(s) to inventory. If we do not have the requested item(s) in stock, we will email a store credit code for the current price of the item(s). Or, if the item(s) are no longer available for sale on the site, we will email a store credit code of $10 per item (this does not include accessories or specialty items).
